What did you use to support to his adrenals? I hear ashwagandha is a great herb to use. Did a functional medicine practitioner help you choose what to use and in what dosage?

Great info thank you! Was ashwagandha part of your adrenal support, and did you work with a biomed practitioner to choose the best supplements for this process? How many hours does your little one sleep a night now? ♥️
